Entry Requirements


Entry Requirements include the completion of a school enrolment form accompanied by an original birth certificate or passport. (a copy will be made and documents returned to you immediately) For new arrivals from overseas, written evidence of a permit to reside is required/visa exemption. This is available from the Fiji Immigration Department. Children from within Fiji will need to provide a transfer letter from their previous school and report cards from previous schools are also required. Current medical records will be sighted. The ISS enrolment fee payment is required before enrolment can be confirmed.


Placement of students is guided by birth date and your child must have turned the given ages below by December 31 of that year.

Students will be enrolled according to their birth date. Prior to the formal enrolment interview, students are required to sit entrance tests in literacy, numeracy, and English language skills to ascertain levels of support needed for a smooth transition.
